Dorset Brightview Terms & Conditions for Services

Services Provided

Dorset Brightview offers professional exterior cleaning services on a 4-weekly,  8-weekly or 12-weekly schedule, as well as one-off cleans upon request.

 

Our services include:

  • Window cleaning Outside & Inside
  • Gutter clearing
  • UPVC cleaning
  • Conservatory cleaning
  • Solar Panel Cleaning

Property Access

Customers must ensure safe and clear access to the property on the scheduled day of service.

If access is unavailable and no prior notice has been given, the full service charge will still apply.

Payments

Payment is due within 7 days of the service date.

Preferred method: Bank transfer or Cash.

 

Late payments may result in:

  • Suspension of services.

By booking our services, you agree to these payment terms.

Liability

While every care is taken, Dorset Brightview is not liable for pre-existing damage to property or fixtures.

Any accidental damage must be reported within 24 hours of the service.

Cancellations & Skipped Cleans

We require at least 24 hours’ notice for cancellations or rescheduling.

  • No access without notice will be charged in full
  • Repeated cancellations may result in removal from our round

Loyalty Discount Policy:

 

  • If a clean is skipped, cancelled, or postponed beyond your agreed cleaning cycle, your loyalty count will reset, and a new cycle will begin from your next completed clean.
  • Dorset BrightView Window Cleaning Services reserves the right to amend or withdraw this promotion at any time. Any changes will be communicated to customers in advance.

This policy allows us to continue rewarding our loyal regular customers while keeping our pricing fair and sustainable for everyone.

Dorset Brightview reserves the right to update these Terms and Conditions at any time.

Any changes will take effect immediately once published.

Scheduling and Delays

We aim to maintain consistent 4-weekly, 8-weekly and 12-weekly schedules. However, delays may occasionally occur due to weather or larger projects. In such cases, your clean may be postponed but will not exceed one week delay.

24-Hour Clean Guarantee

We pride ourselves on delivering high-quality results. If you are not completely satisfied, please notify us within 24 hours of your clean.

We will return and re-clean the affected area free of charge.

Requests made after 24 hours will not be eligible.

Minimum Charge

A minimum service charge of £15 applies to all visits, regardless of property size or scope of work.
