  • How often should I have my windows cleaned? 1-2 Months. 
  • Do you clean both the inside and outside of the windows? Yes. 
  • Can you clean windows on upper floors or hard-to-reach areas? Yes, 3/4 stories High.
  • Do you clean window frames, sills, and doors as well? Yes, all are included. 
  • What types of properties do you clean (homes, shops, offices, etc.)? All types. 
  • How long does a typical window clean take? A typical window clean takes 30 to 60 minutes, depending on how many windows there are and how big the property is.

💧 Equipment & Method

  • What cleaning method do you use, traditional or water-fed pole system? Outside Water Fed Pole System and Inside Traditional.
  • Do you use ladders? No, we don’t. We use water-fed poles that can extend up to 40 feet (3/4 stories), allowing us to clean entirely from ground level.
  • Do you use pure water? Yes, Spotless Water supplier of ultra-pure water. 
  • Will the water leave any streaks or spots? No, the water has zero PPM, leaving nothing behind. 
  • Is your equipment safe for use around plants, pets, and children? Yes, ultra-pure water is safe. 
  • Do you work in the rain or bad weather? Yes, Rain does not affect the outcome when using pure water.

  • How do I pay for my window cleaning? Via GoCardless, BACS or Cash.
  • Can I set up automatic payments? Yes, by setting up a GoCardless account. 
  • Do I need to be at home when you clean? No, you don't. 
  • Can I cancel or reschedule a clean? Yes, but please allow plenty of notice. 
  • What’s your notice period for cancellations? 48 Hours as a minimum.
  • Do you send reminders before each visit? Yes, 24 Hours before we carry out our service.
